Data on Tech Startup Failures? Specifically, those that are generating revenue.

Does anybody know of any datasets/articles regarding business/start-up failures? Specifically, eCommerce/SaaS/Tech businesses that are generating revenue.

I understand the usual saying that 90% of businesses fail, etc, etc.

I find that most of these widely believed articles concern a broad range of businesses, from your local fish & chip shop through to your tech startup. I'm more interested in tech specifically and if possible, how many tech companies that actually generate revenue go on to still fail.

I've had a look around but so far have only found quite broad surveys/data.
