Launched an MVP online but struggling to find users

Hi,
I recently launched an MVP that is a double-sided market. I have validated the concept and problem in the niche. One side is not that difficult but on the other side, it is. I think the problem is the communication but not sure.
How would you persuade them to integrate the service? I know they will be interested because they already have something similar integrated from a different niche.
At the moment, the charges are neglected because the plan is to grow a user base and then charge them.
