Need help on deciding what to add to admin panel

Hi, I have someone making an admin panel for my platform business. The reason behind it is to track the money that is coming in and coming out of the app and how much I have in my commission( commission based app). This might sound stupid but I can’t verbally explain to my self or the person making my panel what are the exact requirements/metrics that I need on the panel in order to do that. Please help me. Sorry if I sound like an idiot.
