Social anxiety

So I have a small art business, and I wondered how you deal with having social anxiety or just regular nervousness when it comes to promoting your business. I want to grow my business but I social anxiety and always had problems with talking to people. I thought about getting an agent, but even that scares me. It takes a lot for me to talk to people irl compared to online though I have trouble promoting in general.

How do you guys overcome feeling bothersome to future clients?
