Where do you guys go to get custom clothing and printing done?

I’m talking about clothes like oversized t’s.

Sweatshirts with different color sleeves and pockets?

Also is there a way I can start out just start out getting one piece of clothing made, wearing it and if people like it I can make more and sell them?
