I just found a direct competitor who is doing exactly what we are doing. He is charging exactly what we want to charge as soon as we’re finished with the MVP. We discovered this business idea independently and I found out about him to late.
What is the right strategy here? We have some minor advantages which come along some minor disadvantages to his product. Should be double down on those advantages? We can’t really lower price so we can’t beat him at that.
Also his corporate design is (again randomly) extremely similar (I think this is almost funny) should we change ours?
I appreciate every story or tipp regarding situations like this.
