Hi everyone,
I hope this is an appropriate sub for my question. My fiancé started a company in boat repair 5 years ago. I’ve been working as his office manager for the last 4. We’re a very small company, but we’ve made great strides in the last few years and are working on expanding. I want to celebrate his success for breaking past the “5 year business barrier,” but am struggling finding something to celebrate him. My research online has pointed to celebrating employees, which we’ve already done, but nothing for the owner. I don’t necessarily need our staff involved, as I think my fiancé will be embarrassed, but something to show that he is appreciated for all the hard work and time he has put in, and to congratulate him. Any ideas? TIA
