I'm a technical person working for mature tech companies. I hope to be a technical founder. I have few questions:

1. If the founders work full time for the startup, how do founders maintain their income before the startup makes money or obtains funding?
2. What are the necessary technical skills for a technical founder?
3. When choosing non technical founders, how to validate this person's ability and personality?
