I'm not sure if I should share my business plan with my freelance developers.

This is my first SaaS startup. I'm a developer myself but I cannot do this alone. However this concept is interesting and easy to implement. So any one with a fair bit of investment can actually build this and run well. I'm not sure how to trust people who live so far away but behind a user name. I had many difficult situations with freelancers before. So I'm not sure how to get this done. Any thoughts or previous experiences would be appreciated.
