What skills should an entrepreneur focus on ?

I feel like the ceo / founder of a business must be a jack of all trades of his sector: he must knows a little bit of everything to grasp how that sector works.
And then he hire specialists for each necessity: a specialist in marketing, a specialist in selling etc etc...

But, as a founder and leader of the company, he must have other skills that his employee doesn't have, otherwise anyone could replace him or even copy / paste his company right ?

I met just a few entrepreneur, but even now I still don't understand what skill they mastered in other to build their company, or what makes them irreplaceable ?
