I have an idea but how do I really start ?

So I had this idea and I discussed it with a person who has an experience in this field and he said it was good one.
I virtually have very less competition in this market right now, and I also studied the very few other companies who are trying to achieve the same goal and found many flaws.
But I am totally new to entrepreneurship and have these few questions
- How to find investors or connect with them
The initial application hasn't been built and I need a team of at least 10 developers and I need money to pay them. - I want to conduct a few surveys. How and where can I do it to generate data derived from public opinion and show it to investors. Can I do it on reddit ?
- Resources where I can learn all of the things related to a startup like pre seed funding and all of that stuff
- I want to initially launch this app in home country and soon take it other countries also. So will investors from other countries invest before ?
Thank you for helping this dumb person.
