Hey everyone,
After opening our first restaurant with zero investors, we are considering opening a second location but would want some financial backing this time.
My wife and I handle everything from the operations, design, food and beverage menus, etc, so we would only need financial backing. We are also fairly relevant and have decent press, with very good reviews.
Would it be unrealistic to find a potential partner that would back a new venture completely? What are some traditional arrangements some of you have made with an investor(or investors) when you want to invest minimally yourself? Looking for restaurant specific examples but anything helps.
Economy aside, many storefront are available and I’m sure there are opportunist investors who would be interested in our concept.
