Hey guys, so my supplier just messaged me letting me know that our logo on all the stock we just had shipped to us had been incorrectly designed (they didn’t print it correctly.
Aka, they forgot a line under our logo for all of the stock, though it had been agreed that there should have been one under them.
Now obviously this is a big blow to us, but I am not sure how to go about asking for compensation? Or what is the procedures.
Supplier understands issue is their fault and says they will work to compensate us, but I’m afraid they will try to cut us short..
Please help me out on what I should say/do to make sure I receive the most compensation out if it!
