Product or Service? Best small business ideas with highest chance of making $30K in

Anyone have a business that made them that much in the first year? What kind of business is it? I’m considering: -Candy selling (producing signature product, packaging, selling online and weddings, special events, etc) -Ecommerce (selling digital products or sourcing suppliers to make a product that would sell for about $20 so maybe a $10 profit) -service (tutoring, virtual assistant, writing, or something else where I’m offering a service)
Anyone with experience in any of those? How was your first year?
