Tech start up advice

Hello,

I am really interested in starting my own website/ company, as I feel like I've run into a few somewhat creative ideas and spins of other types of tech websites. Unfortunately I am not the best programmer nor business-man but I am super interested in learning how to make a website that can scale up well with great functionality.

I also am unsure of how to learn more about how someone goes about looking for funding or additional trust-worthy teammates should it begin to grow etc.

Any recommendations or advice for this type of stuff would be greatly appreciated!
