Cookieless Analytics

So having in mind that even Google Chrome should be removing third party cookies from 2022 I have seen a few analytics companies pop up recently offering cookieless analytics. As I have had a similar venture in the past I would just need to repurpose some code so I am inclined to try and make it a SaaS.
Do you think that companies will start migrating to cookieless analytics providers? Is the market to saturated?
