How to deal with too many directions?

Lately I have been struggling with dealing with so many different directions my startup can take.

I have been focusing more on talking to end-users and understanding the problems they face, but being customer focussed is making it very hard for me to pick a direction to stay focussed on. In my search to find the user who has the most intense problems, there are so many personas to talk to, and each persona has so many challenges they face, all this is getting overwhelming.

Is anyone also dealing with the same and how do you deal with so much uncertainty, and so many directions your startup could take?
