Starting an Ebike Company need some advice

Hey there little background info. I've worked on traditional bikes for years now an I think ebikes are a very efficient way of transporting across city areas. Guess my question would be where do I start? Building the bike.

1 having the frame built

2 order after market battery/controller

3 Wheels

4 Brakes

5 lighting

6 seat

7 handle bars

8 Grips

9 front suspension

I have a very rough sketch of my idea on how itl look I'm just curious if anyone has some tips for me! Any input is greatly appreciated
