Starting a brand vs learning a new skill?

Hello, what do you guys think i should do? I have already invested some time into this brand idea I have (freeze-dried fruit).

I really think this could lead to something but on the other side, i feel like it would maybe be better for me to learn a new skill (coding, designing, SEO,...) instead of putting time and money into something that could fail.

I'm looking for something that would provide financial stability for my family. I'm ready to put the time necessary into it. I really would like to further develop my brand idea, but would it not be smarter to just learn something new and sell a service instead of a product?
