Hi All, so my dilemma I'm hoping yall can help me with is as follows: Basically I created an LLC some years ago in preparation for going into business for myself. Now I am actually getting into the nuts and bolts of branding, marketing etc which require me to use the name of my business, which is different than the name of the LLC. I'm hesitant to continue like this though, because I'm worried there could be unforeseen problems down the road created by not having the actual business name match the LLC. I already have EIN, Bank Account and a few other things tied to the existing LLC, so switching everything over / again would be kind of a PITA I'd rather not do if there's no good reason. What do YOU guys recommend? Thanks!!
