Hi All,

This might be a noobie question: If I am planning to provide a service commercially- do I need to pay license costs for languages and packages used?

For example: Backend based on node.js running on a linux server provided by a cloud provider including PostgreSQL?

Where do I get the information how to use such packages properly in a commercial setting?
