Pitch deck: vision v. product today

I’m working on my pre-seed pitch deck and one of the things I’m struggling with is how much time I spend on talking about the vision (sexy, exciting) v. where the product today (valuable, but not inspiring).

Any suggestions on how to approach this in a pitch deck?
