How to deal with uneven workload with cofounders

I started a company with 2 friends (3 way split in equity), along with a small investment from their relative (small investment for some equity). I came on as the technical person as neither of them have any software development experience.
It's been more than a year now, and I feel like the balance of work is very unevenly distributed. I've pushed for more involvement but it seems like the non-technical crutch means that most of the heavy lifting is on me.
Besides continuing to push for more involvement, what can I do?
