$25,000 in startup capital for new small business--recommendations

I started a small security and investigations company a year and a half ago and did really well last year. So I have the confidence to start a new business. Looking for suggestions on a new easy business to start. The reason why I'm looking to expand is to get into a trade that requires less mental energy and is less taxing intellectually.

I specifically:

• Have $25,000 in startup capital and good credit for a loan if need be
• Work in the Washington D.C. area
• Am less tech savvy but can learn some of the easier tech skills (like 3D scanning)
• Have multiple vehicles, so transportation is not an issue
• Have experience renting office space
• Already have a private security license as a firm
• Am looking for a business model that is relatively straightforward and less intellectually demanding seeing as my current job requires lots of brains, creativity, and long hours reading/writing. So I' m looking for something that is a bit easier on my mind, like dealing with inventories, making a product, doing repairs, etc.
• Would strongly prefer NOT to spend all $25,000. In fact, would most likely just want to spend $5,000 to $10,000
• I've already strongly thought of ATMs and done market research but that's a bit harder with COVID
