Need Help/Advice with a fraudulent company

Hello everyone,
I am an owner of a vape/smoke shop. A very big and reputable wholesaler of mine sent me an order that was incorrect, I was told I would be credited upon arrival of shipping the inventory back. I shipped it back, inquired about it for weeks and got minimal responses then finally last week, the sales rep told me they only received $180 in items out of the $2000 I shipped back.
I filed a report with the BBB and started a claim on my card, is there anything else I can do?
