Need some advice

I have an Ed tech startup that runs on ads right now. It’s slowly growing as I’m increasing traffic by a couple percent a month maybe. I built my site because I saw an obvious lack in that area. I could add more functionality to my site. But I’d just be adding stuff that other sites do just fine. Or I could create a different edtech site or something completely different in a more lucrative area like fintech. Not sure what I should do next. I can keep grinding at what I have now or leave it where it is and move on to something new.
