How to optimize customer research?

Hi startup founders!

We're building a new product and we do many customer interviews to better understand the pain points. Each call is about 45+ minutes, we record these sessions and then listen back to each of them to make sure we haven't missed anything and to write down important quotes. Sometimes we need to go back to some of the calls and listen to them again.

As you can imagine this takes a lot of time, ~2x more than calls itself. Do you have a similar problem? How do you manage your customer research calls? Is there any service available that helps you to manage all these calls and that automatically transcribes all of them and allows to search by keywords? I'd be grateful for any advice on how to optimize this process.
