After 6 years of being a founder of multiple startups, I discovered that 90% of all startups fail not because they don't have a product but because they don't sell.
And when talking to my entrepreneur friends, they all seem to struggle with getting (consistent) sales. So far I've built three B2B companies and grown them to multiple $M's ARR.
One strategy I use is sending out A LOT of cold emails (500-1000 cold emails per day). Over the years I've created a system that does the following:
- Find targeted potential leads for your industry in bulk (1000+ of leads per day)
- Segment the leads into different funnels
- Reach out to them via email and LinkedIn in a semi-personalized manner using AI-generated icebreakers and generating images with their website or personal content in the images automatically.
- Send them an AI generated video sales letters (which cannot be distinguished from real)
- Book sales calls with them (15 to 30 calls per month)
I'm now at a point where I've perfected this system for my own businesses.
I want to see if I can apply my strategy to any B2B industry. I want to help up to 5 B2B companies with a $1000+ average deal value. Leave a comment or DM me if you want to participate.
