What type of lawyer for leaving a startup?

I was brought on as a cofounder in a startup. I want to leave because there are significant disagreements. I hold a large share of the company. I would like to consult a lawyer before making any moves, but I’m not sure what type of lawyer/firm or what experience I should look for.
