What’s a good way to figure out how much to charge for services+business help

I’m 16 and I’m planning on starting a boat rental business. I finished working on my boat so it’s ready to be used, I have no clue where to go from here and I don’t have much of a father figure to help, Is there anyway to get an llc under 18?
