How do you realistically project revenue?

I have a few advisors and they want to see a pro forma this week. I only have about 3 months of revenue and a few strategies to generate more over the year. How do I project revenue across the next 8 months, realistically?

I have an income statement template, do I just plug in numbers that I think make sense?
