Product-Focused Business Ideas

Hey everyone! I'm at a transition point. My background is in digital media buying, so I naturally thought having my own agency would be the right path. I HATE it. I hate dealing with clients. I love doing things on the back-end, but dealing with clients (and prospects) is making my already anxious, introverted self an anxious wreck. I've already transitioned back to freelancing and now I'm looking to get out of client-service altogether.
Since I specialize in ads for ecom, my initial thought was to start my own ecom store. And I've been brainstorming a lot, but before I jumped in I wanted to explore all my options.
- What other product-focused businesses would you recommend? Digital products, SaaS? Anything else I'm missing?
- I'd like the option to outsource most of the work within 2 years of starting. What businesses do you feel that's most realistic for? Working 30 hours a week would be a dream.
