How should I charge?

I run a lead gen business. I get companies phone calls with their ideal client, they close the deal and get paid.

I’ve been charging $3k/mo for this.

I’m thinking a better option would be lower the $3k to half this and do some sort of profit sharing?

Say my client closed a deal at $10k. I’d get a percentage of this on top of the $1,500.

But then how would I know my client closed the deal? He could easily lie and say he didn’t, leaving me with nothing.
