I'm making money but how can I get more orders on my online digital service business?

I started a service on Etsy 7 months back that offers a specific style of editing of images/photographs people have.
Since May last year I've received 41 orders, the profit isn't high I'm not an expert at what I do so I can't charge the same base rate as most. I'm on the lower end and this is probably why I'm getting orders.
Even so I'm earning something £20-50 a month, all through Etsy and I'm looking to increase that.
I tried creating an Instagram page and following people to try and get them to view my Etsy link in the hopes they'd be interested, but that has had no luck.
I was thinking of printing flyers and just putting them into people's letterboxes.
How else can I promote this service?
