Starting a job searching website

Hi all

I've been working on a website where people can find jobs in a specific niche. But I have a problem starting it as a business. As I understand it now, companies will only publish jobs on my website if it has visitors. But it'll only get visitors if there are job offers on there. So how do I solve this paradox?
