Startup Equity Issue ?

Hey guys, a few days back I've left my current job & started my digital design agency. I'm a multi-talented person who can able to make great UI/UX Design & Mobile app development. I've also added two of my friends as my teammates.

Those two guys usually work together and helping our company to get the clients. Now it's been two months we've managed to get only 2 clients (But two of the projects on hold not yet confirmed ☹️).

Now in our current startup portfolio works which we're showcasing rn is all mine only. So it basically as a single person with 3.5 YOE has been managed to design & build some successful projects.

Yesterday I managed to get 6 full-stack projects from my old boss. He knows my potential & He's trusting our startup very much fully because of me.

Now the real problem is my 2 friends asking me to split the revenue we're going to get from the project into 1/4

3 - for us 1 - for our startup

I'm super frustrated because of this idea. Because I'm the one who is working day and night to get the project done. But my 2 friends who simply chatting with clients only for 2 hours and even they're not showing any progress for 2 months ☹️...

I've left my job for this. I don't want to work hard to make someone else rich who doesn't provide any value to our startup.

Can anyone pls help me with our startup business model & how we can able to scale our startup

How should I handle this situation in terms of Equity percentage etc...

Any idea or explanation will be highly appreciated ?
