How do I conduct market validation of a b2b business while working full time.

I am trying to validate some software solution ideas in my own industry but currently working very unpredictable hours. How can I conduct some market validation for these solutions.

Normally, I would do a bunch of interviews and calls. Should I try to recruit someone, hire someone, or any other ideas?
