I don’t know if this is a common dilemma for many ppl but my greatest hurdle in building a company is myself. I’m full of great ideas, have had success in validating concepts but I can not seem to get past the hurdle of sticking to something before it even begins. My greatest problem is I over think my ideas and already concluded it’s failure before launching.
I have worked at large fortune 100s & startups. I’m always able to see new opportunities within the organization. I have even worked with startups that pivoted bec of it. My issue is I want to build my own company & I simply can not stay focused for the life of me. Im a jack of all trades. I’ve done home reno projects, built massive financial models and ran biz dev at a massive media co.
Any help or guidance at all would be great! I’m 35 and feel very lost.
