How can a buisness of 40 daily employees hire foreign workers?

Hi everyone, where i live the employee shortage is extreme. Im lucky to have workers and ive given all my employees raises and improved their work stations to make it more comfortable. But i desperately need more people. Paying $20 an hour is not on the table, this is unskilled labor 40 hours a week. No highscool diploma required, criminal record? No problem. We dont discriminate against anybody.
Ive seen that a few local farms have hired workers from El Salvador. How can i do that? I have space for them to live comfortably, work full time get paid no language barrier either because i live in puerto rico.
