Best way to scale a single product ecomm store?

Hello there,

This question occurred to me after a topic I posted couple of days ago about order decrease issues due to introduction of a second product in the store.

Currently running a profitable single product ecomm store in a niche market in a non-English speaking region. We are looking for the best way to grow faster. Geographically it would require translation and adjustments + meet legal requirements. Locally would mean new products and going out of the specific niche which may hurt the uniqueness of what we offer.

Anyone experienced with this kind of situation? Any advice on the best way to scale?
