Using an SBA loan to buy a building that will have retail space and an apartment abo

Is this possible?
For reference, the loan would be about 1.5 and building is 1.1
The building has 2 apartments that I’d rent out but the main purpose would be to use the building as a retail space
Basically, two one beds 1100 sqft and then 5000+ sqft for the rest of the buiding
Update: the retail space is maybe 5k of the 7k sqft. So I’d be occupying 70% or so of the building but what’s cool is the apartments could probably cover 50%+ of the monthly payment
