My first post here I'm looking for a bit of guidance. So my co-founder and I had an idea for an app (so unique). We went ahead and made a working prototype as a proof of concept. But now we've lost momentum and don't know how to proceed.

I know there isn't a linear approach that works for everyone and I'm not here asking for the next steps necessarily. I'm looking for guidance towards resources I can use as framework or guidelines I can follow so I can create a path for the steps to come. Or would there be a better subreddit to post to?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
