Any idea on how to "humanize" couriers' work?

Hello everybody!
I noticed that couriers seems to be invisible in big cities. Yes, there are different initiatives on how to work on legislation to promote better practices in social security and labor conditions but it seems that something is still missing. I feel like we really don't mind about them as individuals, we just want to be sure that our orders get safe to our place, while they drive under risky conditions. I would like to have your thoughts on what kind of initiatives, campaigns, programs could be interesting to "humanize" and recognize their work
Thanks in advance!
