Have you heard of an Investment Security Bond document (ISB) ?

I have received a term-sheet from a foreign investor who has included a clause to obtain an Investment Security Bond document from a reputable insurance firm domicile in Asia. Has anyone heard about this clause ? I read in another post on this sub that some of these might be scams, these investors seem legit and are part of a holdings company for a larger corporation, but I have never heard about such a bond document even though searching for it seems legit. Any thoughts ?
