My tiny company makes and ships things. What is the job title for an entry level emp

I've only seen job descriptions for Production Associate and Warehouse associate but this person would do both of them and occasionally some customer support tickets. I want to be able to benchmark compensation correctly and also prevent someone deciding they only want to do a narrow aspect of the job.

For context we will also be paying a few bucks more/hr than min wage.
