How to find a marketing advisor for early stage startup?

We're a super early stage startup and creating our first MVP right now, and we need a marketing advisor to help us define our USP/value proposition better.

I contacted some prospects on linkedin (no connection to them) but then I hit the search limit paywall. Does anyone have advice on how to find/reach out to an advisor (who is likely a CMO)? Even better if you have personal experience (excluding pre-existing relationships).
