Intuit online payroll going away and no free option with QB for single member LLC?

I have been using the free option which comes with BoA small business for single member LLC. I pay my state taxes on my own and run quarterly returns for state. Is there any other option available? I really don’t want to pay $45 base and $4 per employee when I can handle half of it myself. What are other single member LIC’s or s-Corp users using to avoid a fee?
