You can’t build your startup's culture by asking employees to engage in Slack enga

I've been thinking a lot about culture building and it's sad how so many companies are using fluff techniques to get their people to engage without addressing serious issues such as their mental health, pay, and career growth.

I'd love to know what you do to actually engage employees at your workplace.
