Hi there, fellow entrepreneur here. I own and manage a small startup company with a 1 million euro revenue operating in digital education.
I am trying to hire a senior sales figure, we have sponsored job posts in the main platforms out and are receiving a good amount of qualified applications - however, the process is pretty slow and we need to accelerate.
I was considering doing some head-hunting. This would mean actively messaging qualified people on LinkedIn to see if they want to switch. Our pay is above average but nothing crazy. We offer highly competitive job flexibility (full remote, no hours, vacation when you want). Our brand is unknown and we are not a super attractive startup that can make you a millionaire fast.
What's your experience with headhunting? Is it worth it or should I just stick to the job posts?
