Certificate of fact form?

I got a letter for my LLC (in Texas) that says I need to pay $77.50 for a Certificate of Fact Request form. I tried googling it, I got mixed information. Is this necessary? Do I legally have to pay this? My LLC is brand new and includes just myself. I’m not sure what I would need to pay this fee for or why I need the certificate in general. Thanks for any input!

Edit: thanks everyone for the replies. I think it’s definitely a scam. I was just worried about getting in legal trouble if it’s not. But all signs point to scam so will be ignoring it
